Ezily Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the Services provided by Ezily Co., Ltd. (“Ezily”) and forms part of the Service Agreement between Ezily and Client. By using the Services, Client agrees to comply with this AUP.

Prohibited Activities
Client shall not, and shall not permit its users to, use the Services to:
1. Illegal, Fraudulent, or Harmful Acts
  Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities, including violating applicable laws or regulations.
2. Spam and Abuse
  Send unsolicited communications, spam, pyramid schemes, or any content intended to harass, mislead, or defraud.
3. Platform Misuse (LINE Rules)
  Use the Services in a manner that violates LINE’s developer policies, terms of use, or any platform restrictions for LINE Mini Apps.
4. Security Violations
  Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, disrupt service, or introduce malware or harmful code.
5. Service Integrity and Resource Misuse
  Client shall not use the Services in a manner that overloads, degrades, or circumvents system resources or usage limits, including but not limited to generating excessive automated requests, creating loops or recursive triggers, bypassing execution limits, or otherwise interfering with the stable operation of Ezily’s infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property Infringement
  Upload, distribute, or process content that infringes the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
7. Prohibited Content
  Publish, transmit, or store content that is obscene, pornographic, excessively violent, promotes hate or terrorism, or exploits children.
8. Impersonation and Misrepresentation
  Client shall not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent its identity, mislead end users, or falsely imply association, endorsement, or partnership with Ezily, LINE, or any third party.
9. Sensitive Data
  Store or transmit highly sensitive categories of data (including health information, payment card data, government ID numbers) unless expressly permitted in writing by Ezily under a Data Processing Agreement.
10. Unauthorized Resale
  Resell, lease, or provide the Services to third parties without Ezily’s prior written consent.
11. Competing Products
  Use the Services to build or operate a directly competing product, or attempt to reverse engineer or copy Ezily’s platform or proprietary features.
12. Export Controls & Sanctions
  Use the Services in violation of applicable export control laws, trade sanctions, or to benefit any sanctioned country, entity, or individual.
Enforcement / 執行措施
1. Ezily may monitor use of the Services to verify compliance with this AUP.
2. Ezily may suspend or terminate Services immediately if Client or its users violate this AUP, without refund, and may block access to offending content.
3. Ezily reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement or platform providers (including LINE).
4. If Ezily is registered or designated as the technical provider for the Client’s LINE developer account, Mini App, or Official Account, Ezily may remove its technical role or restrict access if necessary to enforce this AUP, protect platform integrity, comply with LINE policies, or prevent harm to users or systems.

Updates
Ezily may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in law, industry standards, or platform requirements (including those of LINE). Updates will be posted at https://ezily.io/legal/aup. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.

This document is provided in English and Chinese. In the event of inconsistency, the English version controls.
