“LMAF” means one (1) LINE Mini App Feature, which represents an independent functional module or business use case (e.g., coupon distribution, membership registration, booking flow) deployed within the Client’s LINE Mini App.
All fees are exclusive of taxes (including VAT, GST, sales, use, and similar assessments) (“Taxes”).
Ezily reserves the right to update or adjust pricing at any time.
Client may terminate this Agreement at any time by cancelling the subscription in accordance with the Service Agreement. Such termination shall take effect at the end of the then-current billing month, and Client will retain access to the Services until that date. Fees for the current billing month remain payable and non-refundable.

All prices are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and include VAT.
Add-ons are billed as instant charges. Customer may subscribe to an Add-on at any time during the billing cycle, and the full cost will be charged immediately. Add-ons can be cancelled at any time and will be removed from the following billing cycle’s invoice. All Add-on fees are non-refundable.
Channel integrations are sold in blocks of five (5). Each block is billed at NT$1,150 per month (or NT$13,800 per year). Partial increments will be rounded up to the nearest block of five (5). For example, six (6) additional channels will be billed as two (2) blocks.
