【Job Summary】
The Product Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of global product launches, focusing on identifying market fit and optimizing product positioning through data-driven insights.
This role involves content creation, including blogs, ads, and landing pages, as well as crafting visually compelling graphics to support marketing campaigns.
The manager will also strategize and run social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, continuously optimizing them to maximize ROI.
With a strong emphasis on market experimentation, the role requires testing new marketing channels and creative strategies to drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product marketing, hands-on expertise in go-to-market strategies, and a proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns.
This position is designed for a highly analytical, creative, and experimental marketer with the ability to work independently and drive results in fast-paced environments.
【Key Responsibilities】
Product Launch & Experimentation
Plan and execute global product launches, testing multiple products to identify market fit.
Continuously optimize product positioning and messaging based on data-driven insights.
Content Creation & Graphic Design
Develop high-quality marketing content (blogs, ads, landing pages, and more).
Create engaging graphics and ad creatives to support campaigns from day one.
Social Media Advertising & Optimization
Strategize, run, and optimize ads across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Analyze ad performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
Market Experimentation
Test and experiment with new marketing channels, creative strategies, and product offerings.
Use data to validate hypotheses, pivot quickly, and identify scalable growth opportunities.
【Qualifications】
7+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically in launching digital products globally.
Proven expertise in crafting and executing go-to-market strategies.
Hands-on experience in social media advertising, including running and optimizing campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
Graphic design skills or a strong sense of design for creating visually compelling ad creatives.
Experience in content creation (video content is a plus.)
